Brian Griffin is an associate in Oliver Maner’s litigation department and concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal and county liability defense, political and election law, and business litigation. In addition to Mr. Griffin’s litigation practice, his experience includes representing local governments before state agencies, responding to government investigations by state attorney general offices, contesting elections, defending against election contests, and advising on political and election law issues. Mr. Griffin also serves as an assistant city attorney for two municipalities in the Savannah area.
