Tim Roberts joined Oliver Maner LLP as an associate in 1994 and became a partner in 2000. Mr. Roberts practices in the areas of commercial litigation, personal injury law (representing plaintiffs and defendants), class actions, probate litigation and creditor representation. |

Mr. Roberts is licensed to practice in Georgia State and Federal Courts including the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Roberts is a member of the Savannah Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Association of Railroad Trial Lawyers, and the American Association of Justice.
Mr. Roberts is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina. Mr. Roberts obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science at the University of Georgia in 1988, and earned his J.D. degree from Walter F. Georgia School of Law at Mercer University in May 1994. During law school, Mr. Roberts worked at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Georgia. Prior to law school, Mr. Roberts was employed by the United States State Department in Washington D.C. and Bank of America in Greensboro, North Carolina.
